Puzzles Counseling offers individual psychotherapy by utilizing theoretical frameworks that have been researched and identified as best practices.  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfullness, Strengths-Based, Attachment Theory, Family Systems Therapy, Psychosocial Develop, and other frameworks that have shown to be best practices in helping individuals accomplish their mental health goals.  

After being referred from Kaiser, a clinician will reach out and confirm the scheduled Telehealth appointment.  We will send a link for the initial appointment and your clinician will review a few forms before treatment commences (i.e., Limits of Confidentiality, Limitation of Treatment, Consent for Treatment, Consent for Telehealth, etc).  Your clinician will then administer the "Kaiser Mental Health Questionnaire" and begin an Adult Intake Evaluation.  You will express what you are looking for in treatment and what symptoms you are wanting to receive help with.  The initial session is 50 minutes and a regular scheduled weekly session will be discussed.  

Puzzles Counseling offers clinical supervision for those ACSWs/AMFTs/APCCs looking gain hours.  Once placed with a clinical supervisor, you will decide on a weekly time slot for supervision.  The ACSW/AMFT/APCC will be required to fill out all forms required by the BBS and present to the LCSW supervisor for signature.  Supervision can be done in person or over zoom.  Pricing will be $150/week for 1:1 supervision and $100/week for Triadic Supervision.  Inquire today about availability!
